Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Overview

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and international shipping, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

Return requests must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

If a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within seven (7) calendar days of receiving return authorization.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in their original condition
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include all original accessories, inserts, and promotional items, if applicable

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, or tampered cosmetic products are not eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or refund.

Products with damaged, altered, incomplete, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Skin reactions, sensitivities, or individual product compatibility concerns
  • Products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with
  • Products returned without prior authorization from KFOREVERYOUNG

Cosmetic products may produce different results depending on each individualโ€™s skin type, condition, and personal sensitivity. Therefore, differences in product performance or individual product compatibility do not qualify for a return, exchange, replacement, or refund.

International shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, VAT, import charges, clearance charges, and handling fees are non-refundable.

Customers are solely responsible for complying with their countryโ€™s import regulations and for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, VAT, import fees, or clearance charges.

Orders returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, import fees, refusal of delivery, failure to provide required import information, or failure to respond to customs or carrier requests are not eligible for a refund.

If a returned item is deemed unsuitable for resale upon inspection, a refund will not be issued.


Exchanges & Replacements

KFOREVERYOUNG does not offer exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect orders placed by the customer, skin compatibility, or products that have been opened, used, tested, or damaged after delivery.

Exchanges or replacements are available only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped due to our error.

If an exchange or replacement request is approved, KFOREVERYOUNG will provide further instructions based on the individual case.

Depending on the situation, KFOREVERYOUNG may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its discretion.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To assist with verification, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number
  • Product photos
  • Packaging photos
  • Shipping label photos

Once verified, KFOREVERYOUNG will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the item
  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method

Where applicable, return shipping costs for approved claims resulting from our error will be covered by KFOREVERYOUNG.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

Lost or delayed shipments caused by customs inspections, force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, carrier delays, or other events beyond our reasonable control are not eligible for an immediate refund, exchange, or replacement until the carrierโ€™s investigation has been completed.

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, KFOREVERYOUNG will, at its sole discretion, provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only for approved return requests that meet the conditions outlined in this policy, or for verified claims resulting from KFOREVERYOUNGโ€™s error, including damaged, defective, incorrect, or officially confirmed lost shipments.

Refunds will not be issued for non-returnable items, customer-caused issues, customs-related returns, refusal of delivery, unpaid import fees, or products that do not comply with this policy.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected, unless otherwise determined by KFOREVERYOUNG.

Once processed, refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider, bank, card issuer, or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact KFOREVERYOUNG directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we can resolve any issues promptly.

We reserve the right to provide shipment records, delivery confirmation, tracking information, correspondence, and any other relevant documentation to payment providers or financial institutions to resolve payment disputes.


Right to Refuse Returns

KFOREVERYOUNG reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange, replacement, or refund request that does not comply with this Return & Refund Policy.
