Due to the nature of cosmetic products and international shipping, all sales on Kforeveryoung are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Eligibility for Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
If a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, tested, or tampered cosmetic products are not eligible for return or refund.
Products with damaged, altered, incomplete, or missing original packaging are not eligible for return.

International shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, VAT, import charges, and handling fees are non-refundable.
Orders returned due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, import fees, refusal of delivery, failure to provide required import information, or failure to respond to customs or carrier requests are not eligible for a refund.
If a returned item is deemed unsuitable for resale upon inspection, a refund will not be issued.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
