How to Use

  1. Remove the transparent protective film.
  2. Place the patch over the center of the nose and press gently from the center outward.
  3. Press once more around the nostrils for better adhesion.
  4. Leave on for approximately 4–8 hours.
  5. Remove gently from the edges. Wetting the patch with water may help with easier removal.
